Bellinzoni Eureka Quartz Resin is a state-of-the-art polishing gel designed for quick and easy polishing of quartz-resin surfaces using a single disc machine. Eureka Quartz is perfect for restoring and enhancing the original gloss, improving color, and correcting imperfections on engineered stone surfaces such as SILESTONE®, OKITE®, SM Quartz®, LIVING®, and GULFSTONE® QUARTZ.

Instructions for Use:

Application on Tables, Bathroom or Kitchen Tops, Bar Counters, and Coverings:

  1. Preparation: Ensure the surface is dry and clean. Wash to eliminate dirt and any residues of old waxes and treatments (use Bellinzoni ULTRA STRIPPER), rinse well, and dry.
  2. Polishing:
  • Place a small quantity of Eureka Quartz (10-15 g) on the surface.
  • Moisten with a few drops of water.
  • Use an orbital sander with adjustable speed set to low speeds (800-1500 rpm, optimal is 1000 rpm).
  • Work the surface until the gel is completely dry and shiny.
  1. Cleaning: Clean any residues with water and a neutral detergent. Repeat if necessary.

Floor Application:

  1. Preparation: Ensure the surface is dry and clean. Thoroughly wash the floor with a single brush and appropriate disc, eliminating dirt and residues of old waxes and treatments (use Bellinzoni ULTRA STRIPPER), rinse well, and dry with a wet vacuum cleaner.
  2. Polishing:
  • Place about 30 grams of Eureka directly on the floor, under the natural bristle disc.
  • Moisten slightly, then spread with a single brush (150-400 rpm and minimum weight of 30 kg) over approximately 1-2 m².
  • Spray or pour water if the gel dries too quickly during processing.
  • Work the surface until the gel dries, achieving the desired shine.
  1. Cleaning: Wash and rinse with water and an alkaline substance (soda, bicarbonate, or Bellinzoni LEM-3 or ULTRA STRIPPER) to eliminate product residues and neutralize residual acidity.

Efficiency: One liter of Eureka Quartz can treat approximately 30 to 40 m².
