1. ORDERS & DELIVERY

2. RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUND POLICY

Stone Doctor Australia accepts returns or exchange of items only if products were purchased from us. The company has the right to reject if the above transactions are not in compliance with the conditions provided below.

Requesting for a return or exchange is allowed within 14 days from date of purchase. However, we WILL NOT ACCEPT product returns if:

☗  The items sold are no longer in good condition for us to restock
☗  Items that appear to be used or opened
☗  Change of mind

Refunds and exchanges must be accompanied by PROOF OF PURCHASE for the attention of our team members to validate. Refunds will only be provided in the same form as your original payment method. Online purchases will automatically be refunded to the account used to pay. Therefore, when a credit or debit card is used to make the purchase, the cardholder must present the same card to complete the refund.

Note: Stone Doctor Australia will manage all associated product and shipping costs for the following reasons:

✔ Goods received were damaged on transit

✔ Wrong item/s were delivered

✔ Goods lost in transit

(In addition to the above terms and conditions, items purchased under our available and selected quantity break discount program are already heavily discounted and cannot be returned in parts or partially. We will only accept if the entire order is returned.)

3. PRICES & PAYMENT

a)  For each order, you must pay the applicable price for the relevant goods & shipping charges as confirmed by Stone Doctor Australia.

b)  This store provides a secure online shopping experience through the secure payment gateways that of ANZ EFTPOS, Shopify Payments, Stripe and PayPal. All our payment gateways comply with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) which is an international security standard requirement to protect payment card data. c)  Currently, we only accept payment methods as indicated on our checkout page. Major debit and credit cards are accepted.

d)  We do not accept cash as a form of payment or cash on delivery requests.

e)  The payment shall be made in full if an online bank transfer is made and must be cleared before the goods are dispatched. Alternatively, you may email to us the online banking payment advice for our perusal. (enquiries@stonedoctor.com.au)

f)  For Australian customers, kindly note that all prices listed already include GST.

g)  All payments are processed in Australian Dollars.

4. PICTURES

Stone Doctor Australia aims to include up-to-date pictures of all products on our website. However, pictures of the products may differ from the actual products which are unavoidable. Stone Doctor Australia makes every attempt possible to reflect the actual product. The accuracy of the pictures displayed also depends on the type of monitor being used and the computer settings. Where possible, multiple views of products are provided to minimise discrepancies.
