Order Processing (Getting Them Packed and Ready)
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed. Processing of your orders could take between 2 - 48 hours depending on the time and day your order was received. For certain product lines due to inconsistent stock availability, we foresee further delays of which you will be instantly notified.
Business Hours: Monday - Friday (8:30AM - 3:30PM) & Saturdays (10:00AM - 1:00PM)
Order Tracking
An email will be sent to your nominated email address once a tracking number has been assigned to your delivery. The link below can be used to track the status of your order.
Delivery Times
After your order has been internally processed, delivery times will then depend on courier pick up, courier downtime & the destination of delivery. For international orders, delivery times will vary based on the country of destination. It may be held by local Customs which is no longer our responsibility. Before placing your order, please check your country's applicable Customs law.

Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on the order value and type of goods being delivered. The 2 main types are: Standard Items & Dangerous Goods Items.
For Standard Items, kindly refer to the table below. Free shipping is enabled when order value is above $199.00.
For Dangerous Goods Items, kindly refer to the table below.
Shipping Surcharge
Please be advised that Stone Doctor Australia has implemented shipping surcharges as of 1st July 2022 for specific products that are deemed heavy, long, bulky and over sized. This additional cost has been added to these specific products and they will carry this cost ranging between $15.00 Inc. GST to $100.00 Inc. GST as required.

Shipping Policy for Multiple Line Item Purchases on eBay
If you have not paid:
If you purchase multiple items from us and realise that there are multiple postage fees, and you have not paid yet, you may "Request for a Total", and we can send you an invoice with the adjusted postage cost.
Note: To see the Request Total, go to the top of the page and look on the right side of the eBay cart.
After you have paid:
If you purchase multiple items from us and notice that you were charged for multiple postage fees and have already paid, we will provide you a partial refund.

- All the prices revealed on our web pages are in Australian Dollars and they are inclusive of GST.
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, Parcel Lockers, etc.
- Free delivery does not apply to addresses outside Australia.
