Bellinzoni Detergent Bert 27 is a concentrated acidic-based cleaner designed for the deep cleaning and removal of stubborn post-installation dirt, inorganic residues, limescale, salts, efflorescence, grout haze, and cement build-ups from natural stone, tiles, granite, and other acid-resistant materials. Its rapid action effectively cleans outdoor surfaces and pavers, making it highly recommended for removing rust residues and "engobe" or back print from ceramic and porcelain tiles.

Method of Use:

For Resistant Dirt on Strong Surfaces:

1. Dilute Bert 27 in pure water.
2. Apply using a mop or pour directly on the area to be treated.
3. For floor application, dilute 10-20 ml (one cup of coffee) of Bert 27 in one liter of water.
4. Apply the product using a mop, let it work for 5-10 minutes, then scrub with a brush, abrasive pad, or single disc machine (150-250 rpm) with green or red abrasive discs like Scotch Brite®.
5. For manual cleaning, use a nylon brush, scrubbing brush, or mop.
6. Rinse thoroughly with water. If dirt remains, reapply the product and rinse again.
7. For vertical applications, use a brush and rinse thoroughly with a pressure washer.

Coverage:

• General Stone Floors: One liter (1 quart) of Bert 27 can treat approximately 150-200 sqm (1600-2200 sq.ft.), depending on the quality and intensity of the soil to be removed.
• Rust Removal:
  • Superficial Rust: One liter can clean 30-40 sqm (350-450 sq.ft.), depending on the depth of the rust.
  • Resistant Rust: May require a double application.
  • Very Resistant Rust: Use Bellinzoni Rust Remover Gel (TDS code 075) for extreme cases.
