Stone Doctor Australia offers domestic Australia Wide shipping and to New Zealand.
Order Processing (Getting Them Packed and Ready)
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed. Processing of your orders could take between 2 - 48 hours depending on the time and day your order was received. For certain product lines due to inconsistent stock availability, we foresee further delays of which you will be instantly notified.
Business Hours: Monday - Friday (8:30AM - 3:30PM) & Saturdays (10:00AM - 1:00PM)
Order Tracking
An email will be sent to your nominated email address once a tracking number has been assigned to your delivery. The link below can be used to track the status of your order.
Delivery Times
After your order has been internally processed, delivery times will then depend on courier pick up, courier downtime & the destination of delivery. For international orders, delivery times will vary based on the country of destination. It may be held by local Customs which is no longer our responsibility. Before placing your order, please check your country's applicable Customs law.

Same Day Delivery (Melbourne Metro)
For customers needing their order urgently, Stone Doctor Australia now offers a Same Day Delivery service within the Melbourne metropolitan area.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Delivery address must be within a 20km radius of our Oakleigh warehouse (Unit 14, 6-14 Wells Road, Oakleigh VIC 3166).
- Customers must contact our team first to confirm availability, stock readiness, and cut-off time before placing the order. Same Day Delivery cannot be guaranteed without prior arrangement.
- Cut-off time: 12:00 PM (Monday – Friday). Orders confirmed and paid after 12:00 PM, or on weekends/public holidays, will be scheduled for the next available business day under our standard delivery timeframes.
Same Day Delivery Fee: $70.00 AUD (flat rate, applies to both Standard Items and Dangerous Goods within the eligible zone).

Once your request has been confirmed, our team will process your order manually and issue an invoice with the Same Day Delivery fee included. Payment must be completed before dispatch.
Please note: Same Day Delivery is subject to stock availability, courier capacity, and confirmation from our team. If conditions cannot be met on the day, your order will be processed under our standard delivery timeframes.
Shipping Charges
At Stone Doctor Australia, we are committed to delivering your orders safely and efficiently across Australia.
Due to the current volatility in fuel prices and increased courier charges, including adjustments from our shipping partners, we have implemented a 15% increase across all shipping rates effective immediately.
Shipping charges are calculated based on the order value and type of goods being delivered. The 2 main types are: Standard Items & Dangerous Goods Items.
For Standard Items, kindly refer to the table below. Free shipping is enabled when order value is above $199.00.

Shipping Surcharge
Please be advised that Stone Doctor Australia has implemented shipping surcharges for specific products that are deemed heavy, long, bulky and over sized.
- Heavy Items: Additional $17.20 for every 5kg
- Long Items: $34.50 surcharge for orders below $150.00

Shipping Policy for Multiple Line Item Purchases on eBay
If you have not paid:
If you purchase multiple items from us and realise that there are multiple postage fees, and you have not paid yet, you may "Request for a Total", and we can send you an invoice with the adjusted postage cost.
Note: To see the Request Total, go to the top of the page and look on the right side of the eBay cart.
After you have paid:
If you purchase multiple items from us and notice that you were charged for multiple postage fees and have already paid, we will provide you a partial refund.

- All the prices revealed on our web pages are in Australian Dollars and they are inclusive of GST.
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, Parcel Lockers, etc.
- Free delivery does not apply to addresses outside Australia.
