Bellinzoni Eureka For Porcelain is an innovative polishing gel specifically designed to quickly and easily polish porcelain surfaces using a single disc machine or a grinding-honing machine. Eureka Gres is ideal for polishing new porcelain surfaces or restoring shine and color to floors dulled by high traffic. It can be used on smoothed materials starting from grain 220 and above, or as an alternative to tin oxide.

Application on Small Surfaces:
- Preparation: Ensure the surface is dry and clean. Wash to eliminate dirt and residues of old wax and treatments (use Bellinzoni ULTRA STRIPPER TDS N°061), rinse well, and buff.
- Polishing:
- Place a small amount of Eureka Gres (10-15 grams) on the surface.
- Moisten with a few drops of water.
- Use an angle polisher with variable speed and an Eureka PAD, set to 800-1500 rpm (optimal is 1000 rpm).
- Work the surface until the gel is completely dry and the desired shine is achieved.
- Cleaning: Wipe off excess with water and a neutral detergent. Repeat if necessary.
Floor Application:
- Preparation: Ensure the surface is dry and clean. Thoroughly wash the floor with a floor machine and appropriate disc (green is suggested), eliminating dirt and residues of old wax and treatments (use Bellinzoni ULTRA STRIPPER TDS N°061 or LEM-3 TDS N°020), rinse well, and dry with a wet vacuum.
- Polishing:
- Place approximately 30 grams (a couple of tablespoons) of Eureka on the floor.
- Place the buffing machine equipped with a Natural Fiber disc on the product and moisten lightly.
- Work with a single disc machine (150-400 rpm and at least 30 kg/66 lbs of weight) over about 1-2 m² (15-20 sq.ft.) of floor.
- Spray or pour water if Eureka dries too quickly during the process.
- Work until the gel is completely dry and the desired shine is achieved.
- Cleaning: Finally, wash and rinse with water and an alkali (soda, baking soda, or Bellinzoni products) to remove product residue and neutralize the acidity.
