Compatible Materials:

Application & Usage Instructions:

Preparation:

  1. Ensure tiles are properly installed and firmly anchored to the substrate.
  2. Joints must be clean, dry, and free from excess adhesive.
  3. Use a vacuum cleaner to remove dust and debris before application.
  4. For highly porous tiles or hot conditions, lightly dampen the surface to facilitate cleanability.

Mixing:

  1. Pour approximately ¾ of the required water into a clean container.
  2. Gradually add Fugabella Color while mixing at low speed (~400 RPM) to achieve a lump-free consistency.
  3. Adjust water quantity for desired thickness but avoid excessive water, which may affect performance.
  4. Use within 45 minutes at 23°C (50% relative humidity).

Application:

  1. Apply with a spreader or hard rubber float, ensuring full joint coverage.
  2. Work diagonally across joints for optimal filling and consistency.
  3. Remove excess grout promptly to avoid overbuild on tile surfaces.

Cleaning & Finishing:

  1. Once grout is touch-dry, clean with a damp sponge using circular motions.
  2. Use fresh water and appropriate cleaning tools to prevent residue buildup.
  3. Final cleaning should be done diagonally across the tiles to maintain uniformity.

Important Notes:

  • Not suitable for joints wider than 20mm or substrates with high deformability.
  • Avoid use where specific chemical resistance or complete water impermeability is required.
  • Conduct a test on contrasting-colored tiles to ensure easy cleanability.
