Aggressive Biodegradable Degreaser with Sodium Hydroxide

Directions for Use:

Dilution Guide:

• Heavy-duty cleaning: 1 part UBC to 10 parts water
• General cleaning: 1 part UBC to 20 parts water

1. Remove loose debris and pre-wash surfaces where necessary (use a pressure washer if available).
2. Apply UBC with a brush or low-pressure sprayer.
3. Allow to dwell for 5–10 minutes. Do not let it dry.
4. Rinse thoroughly with clean water (preferably using a pressure washer).
5. Repeat if necessary.

⚠️ Caution: Avoid contact with aluminium and use with care on painted surfaces. Always test on a small area first.
